The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. ezspin5 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use ezspin5: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees of ezspin5 or its affiliated entities; (c) individuals using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform; (d) individuals acting on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from ezspin5.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ezspin5 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify ezspin5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.2 Account Security. ezspin5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your Account. Transfer of Account ownership or use is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ezspin5 accepts deposits via Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. ezspin5 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are not ezspin5's responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit ("same source rule") and only after successful completion of KYC verification. ezspin5 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests to Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer requests may take up to 30 minutes. ezspin5 does not guarantee processing times outside of our control, including delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ezspin5 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced verification, temporarily hold withdrawal requests, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 General. ezspin5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players. All such promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and applicable time limits are stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ezspin5 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and terminate Accounts where we determine in our reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; (c) coordinated betting with other Players to exploit bonus structures; (d) irregular betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
5.4 Modification and Cancellation. ezspin5 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
6.1 RNG Certification. All ezspin5 games utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game, ezspin5 reserves the right to void any affected bets. ezspin5 shall not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you wish to dispute the result of a game, you must contact ezspin5 support within 72 hours of the disputed game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezspin5's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 ezspin5 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data or business opportunity; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ezspin5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11.1 ezspin5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or at our sole discretion for operational reasons.
